Aisle smells like cooking in the 4th floor Room's AC was hot at night and started giving extremely noise ~ 5am .

I think the staff forgot to ask me about the non smoking room. The room in front me smelled cigarettes and I don’t like it.

When I travel to Jazan I usually book this hotel, but I noted lately the cleanness level is being very low, for the second time and again I checked in and I found a dirty blanket with many spots.

Room upgrade given at check in. Efficient service and welcome from the staff, Access to the Mall is a good feature. Speedy and easy internet access. Good value for money.

Location. It is pretty close to the airport; it has good mall just in the same complex including Panda supermarket. Private parking zone. It is actually two hotels in one building - Courtyard with rooms and Residence Inn with apartments. Which is very convenient for long stay and families. Breakfast is a little bit expensive and coffee is not included but it provides good choice a-la buffet Spa and gym zones are well equipped. Choice of two saunas (Turkish and common dry), spacious shower rooms, large towels, large and warm pool with lounge facilities. Good security Room service is quite good (cleaning, dish washing etc.) Affordable price for 4*

Well .. the devil is in the details. Although it is 4* hotel, you may see dirty textile, lamp shades, and furniture in every room. Considering that I booked average priced rooms (king studios and large studios) it comes that it is everywhere like that. It was a bad surprise also to find that for the breakfast they do not provide coffee. I mean real coffee, not that light-brown stuff coming from their machine. For 23$ (price of a nice lunch in a European restaurant) you can not get any good coffee here. Bathrobes. I have average sized body but even for me the bathrobe is too tight and short. Office chair with no armrests - why?? it makes them just useless for me. I want to have more light in 'city view' room - it has so small windows and such unpleasant view that I just curtain them off which makes my room even darker. Tableware and cutlery: pay your attention to the pans, forks, spoons quantity and condition

personally I like the location. It is Annexed to the mall, which will give you a lot of dining options. you step out of Marriott and there goes chocochino greeting you already. I also like that there is a luggage deposit. We have our flight back to Jeddah at 2100H, we checked out at the hotel around 12:00 and deposit our luggage with them. Went around the city ,on to explore Faifa Mountains and went back around 1830H to collect our luggage and head to airport. It made our Jizan adventure mo relaxed and Fun.

We wished that amenities would have been both for male and femalen. e.g. Sauna, pool, and turkish bath.

very helpfull staff it was very late at night when I arrived but still staff were cheerful and willing to help this does not always happen,specially in KSA

Nice and clean rooms.

Removed the meni bar and very bad food quality when I ordered in room dining with very limited selections. Airport pick up was forgotten although was confirmed earlier by email. Had to wait when I checked in and out for the receptionist to come to the front desk.

Everything great expect that the room has a strange smell / high humidity, probably caused by old HVAC filters.

clean and the location is great , it has a direct access to the shopping mall and very close to the beach and other attractive places . the staff are very nice. i was travelling from the industrial city and I got stuck in the way back to the hotel , so they understood my case and extend my check out to have some rest in the room before I leave to the airport . its very much appreciated and touchy , send my regards to the staff and management of the hotel
